Is HTC is set to announce a One M8 for Windows Phone? The One M8 is quite possibly the best phone of the year! Today new information is hitting headlines that suggest an HTC made One M8 running Windows Phone will become a reality!
The HTC One M8 was launched in all of its Android and Sense glory back in March and was quickly deemed one of the best all around devices to date. But can it be made better? Will the likes of Windows Phone improve upon the One M8? We are not sure; however the more options out there, the better right? According to the newest rumors circulating the interwebs a Windows Phone One M8 is on the way and these pictures are the clearest evidence for it. According to the unnamed sources this new One M8 could possibly see the light of day on August 19. The same sources have laid out what we can expect from the device as well. According to the rumors the device starts with a 5 inch 1080p touch screen at 441 pixels per inch. Internally the handset will run with the likes of a Qualcomm made Snapdragon 801 2.3 GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage and expandable micro SD memory options up to 128 GB. The handset gets its go from a 2600 mAh battery and will give its users control via Windows Phone 8.1. Additional details are said to give the device a 5 mega pixel front facing camera, while rear facing UltraPixel cameras are in place. Add in HTC’s Boomsound, U-Focus, Nano SIM and a fancy Dot View case and you have what is expected of the Windows Phone One M8
